About Us

We are based in Leicester and work predominately in the Yorkshire and Humberside area. We work for virtually all of the major building firms and are typically working on over twenty sites at any given time. We have an annual turn over of around £10 million,employ over a hundred tradesmen including bricklayers, Tarmac surfacing crew, Plant drivers & fitters in addition to our own team of 6 Setting Out Engineers. All of these employees are also fully trained to CITB standards.

Below is a rough outline to the types of work we undertake:

Site Reclamation which includes site strip, cut & fill to correct levels, highway walls, crib lock walls and gabion baskets.

Foul & Storm Sewer Installation to include pumping stations, holding tanks, box culverts & connections into existing systems. Full liason with water authority inspectors.

Estate Roads of any size up to final adoption. Block paving, final surfacing, kerb replacement & remedials to ensure a smooth hand over to local authority for adoption.

House Foundations to damp proof course. Basements & underground car parks. Strip trench, ring beams & piling or raft/semi raft construction all undertaken.

Domestic Drainage, Scaffold stone, driveways & footpaths up to tarmac base course all in place prior to handover to client.

Services Installation from plot to footpath and main B.T within footpath, all constructed to meet every utility standard. Several sites request Enerby Construction specifically to excavate & backfill all services due to our high standard of workmanship & cost savings.

Final Surfacing of Drives in Tarmacadam or blockpaving prior to handing over to sales. Topsoil placed and levelled ready for turf, fencing undertaken in timber or steel.
