Nowadays virtually everybody knows the term ‘Self Build’, what many people don’t realise is that the vast majority of people who build their own home don’t actually do any building themselves. As such a large proportion of self built homes are actually homes built on a plot of land to the owner’s specification.
Obviously having worked on large housing developments for Britain’s biggest builders we have all the skills, people and equipment to install roads, sewers and foundations for your self build home. In addition we’ll be happy to advise you on the practical aspects of the build and any potential problems we foresee. We’ve worked on these projects for a number of years and this experience has taught us that the theoretical plan isn’t always possible in reality!
